What is the migration program to Canada?
In this article I will refer to the immigration program to Canada and when the request is rejected.
The aim of this program is to reduce the period of study and processing of immigration applications to Canada, thus reducing the waiting period for studying the migration file.
Canada can be migrated to Canada via the rapid immigration system within six months rather than the long waiting period of almost two years.
Even if all immigration conditions apply to Canada, there are qualifications to be aware of, which may hinder the migration process, such as:
1 - If a person can not prove that he is healthy, and that the person is not healthy, this impedes immigration to Canada.
2- If the person has completed Canada's immigration file, but the Immigration Department has found fraud in the person's file or in any information provided, it becomes ineligible to immigrate to Canada.
3- If a person can not provide a crime-free criminal record, a person will not be eligible for Canadian immigration, even if the other conditions of immigration apply to the person.
If a person is found guilty of a criminal offense, the person will not be able to immigrate to Canada until he has completed all the proceedings.
4 - If a Canadian immigration file is previously denied to an individual in the family, this may make the person not eligible for immigration to Canada.
5- The person must not be convicted of crimes against humanity.
6- The person must not be in danger of forming a threat to Canada's national security. If this is proved, the immigration file to Canada will be rejected by the person.
